The South End Community Health Center (SECHC) is a comprehensive health care organization that provides care for all residents of the South End and surrounding communities. With roots stretching back to 1969, SECHC still continues its mission of providing quality health care in Boston’s South End community.

As a healthcare organization, the building frequently sees individuals suffering from dependency and mental health issues. This opens it up to be the target of hostile individuals, which can put their medical staff and patients at potential risk. By using Red Dot, SECHC has been able to utilize our system to provide a quick and efficient method of reporting and handling any cases of hostile activity within the facility.
